2021 is shaping up to be an exciting year for the gallery! After 12 years we are saying goodbye to our Cambridge
Street gallery and moving to a bigger, bolder space on Islington Street, Collingwood. This is the third evolution of James Makin Gallery and continues the gallery’s expansion into larger and more dynamic locations.

Due for completion in June/July, the new space will be a stand-out in contemporary gallery design, boasting four metre gallery walls, a 5.5 metre apex ceiling, two large exhibition spaces, private viewing room, client bar and lounge and, of course, the polished concrete floors that have become synonymous with James Makin Gallery.
