En Plein Air. A solo exhibition of recent paintings by Jeff Makin is scheduled for March 2 � 25, 2006. This exhibition will feature en plein air works depicting the landscape around Clunes, Hanging Rock, the You Yangs, Port Campbell, Deloraine and The Western Tiers in Tasmania, and Hill End, NSW. The exhibition can be viewed on our website : www.portjacksonpress.com.au from the 28 February, 2006 and at the Gallery from March 2.
In conjunction with this exhibition, a major survey exhibition of drawings by Jeff Makin will be on at Stonington Stables Museum of Art, Deakin University from February 22 � April 1, 2006. Jeff Makin: Drawings will focus on four major genres �still life, landscape, portraits and life drawing created between 1976 and 2005. A fully illustrated publication documenting the suite of drawings will accompany the exhibition.

Mark Schaller. Survey of published graphics
The exhibition will include a series of impressive new colour etchings, aquatints and woodcuts created by Mark Schaller in collaboration with printers Trent Walter, Pia Murphy, David Frazer, Antonia Green and Joel Wolter at the Port Jackson Press Studio between 2005 and 2006. A selection of earlier published works will also be included.

Ian Parry. Recent paintings.
Ian’s recent paintings respond directly to his immediate environment, D’Entrecasteaux Channel, southern Tasmania. Ian has exhibited nationally and internationally since 1974. His works are represented in major public and private collections in Australia and overseas.

Eolo Paul Bottaro. Recent paintings
Paul’s first solo exhibition with Port Jackson Press Gallery will feature his beautifully crafted realist paintings, combining allegorical symbols and references to old Masters such as Goya and Titian.
Paul was recently awarded the Peoples Choice Award, Metro 5 Art Prize 2006 for his allegorical painting Tri Portrait of Rick Amor (Allegory of time governed by prudence) 2004.
